2. Data processing during your visit to this website

When you visit this website, the browser used on your terminal automatically transmits information to the server of the web hoster of this website. Such information is stored temporarily in log files. The following information is gathered and stored until it is deleted automatically:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • date and time of access,
  • name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • website from which access is gained (so-called referrer URL),
  • browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

These data are processed in order to enable visits to this website and to ensure its functionality as well as system security and stability. The legal basis for such data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR. My legitimate interest is based on the above-mentioned purpose. In no event will I use the collected data to draw conclusions about your identity.

3. Contact by e-mail

If you contact me by e-mail and such contact involves personal data, data are processed in order to deal with the specific request. The legal basis for such data processing is either Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR (processing based on consent), Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR (legitimate interest in data processing), depending on the individual case.

4. Transfer of data

When my website is accessed, the recipient of the data listed in paragraph 2 above is the web hoster in order to enable the operation of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR). Otherwise, personal data are only transferred to third parties if

  • you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR,
  • this is required in order to prepare the ground for or perform contracts with you pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR,
  • there is a legal obligation to transfer the data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR,
  • pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f), the transfer is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest in the non-transfer of your data that merits protection.

5. Rights of the data subject

GDPR provides for the following rights of data subjects:

  • Pursuant to Art. 15 of GDPR, data subjects have a right of access: you are entitled to receive information about what data I process with regard to you.
  • Art. 16 of GDPR provides for a right to rectification: should the data concerning you that I store be inaccurate or incomplete, you may demand the rectification of incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information from me.
  • Art. 17 of GDPR provides for a right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'): subject to the conditions of Art. 17 of GDPR, you may demand that your personal data be erased. Among other things, your right to erasure depends on whether I still require the data concerning you or whether I have an overriding interest in further processing.
  • Art. 18 of GDPR provides for a right to restriction of processing: subject to the conditions of Art. 18 of GDPR, you may obtain restriction of processing of the personal data concerning you from me.
  • Art. 20 of GDPR provides for a right to data portability: you are entitled to receive your personal data, which you have provided to me, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to demand transmission to another controller.
  • Art. 21 of GDPR provides for a right to object: you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of data concerning you. An e-mail sent to mail@ragnamoeller.de will suffice for this purpose.
  • Art. 7(3) of GDPR provides for a right to withdraw one's consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. An e-mail sent to mail@ragnamoeller.de will suffice for this purpose.
  • Art. 77 of GDPR provides for a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you may contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work or the supervisory authority of my habitual residence (Hamburg) for this purpose.

For reasons of security and to protect the transmission of data, this website uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the URL, which begins with 'https://' instead of 'http://', and by the lock symbol in the address line of your browser.
